for Conrad Los Angeles
Conrad Los Angeles wanted to build out their events and dining pages to showcase their stunning venues. The previous events page had been created before the hotel had all their assets in place; once they provided the photos and images, I was able to hit the ground running.
Strategy
I crafted a few fluid user journeys:
Friends looking to have Sunday brunch can choose one of four restaurants, make a reservation, view the hours, and explore the menu.
Someone hosting a graduation dinner can discover their private dining options, with contact links at the forefront for quick booking.
Event planners can find key info on each venue. Copy emphasizes flexibility, photos and virtual tours illustrate the spaces, and custom charts get granular with capacities and dimensions.
Results
48.3% increase in site traffic with users directed to the most relevant pages.
