Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam
As a history buff, I was excited to work on Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam. The hotel itself is a row of six 17th century palaces on the legendary Gentlemen’s Canal, each with its own character and history from when the city was the mercantile capital of the world.
Challenge
-
Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam had a very basic website. It was time to bring the hotel onto the Curated platform with a bespoke build, stunning images, and descriptive copy.
The hotel provided historic documents, images, brochures, and more for my research, which I wove into each page of the site. I did it in a way that was readable without bulk and would invoke curiosity.
