Brand Ambassador Program for The Well

The Well’s growth and success was in large part due to its influencer outreach. I spearheaded the Brand Ambassador Program, where we teamed up with local influencers and micro-influencers. We provided affiliate marketing codes to track ROI and hosted regular Happy Hours with the ambassadors to foster community. The Brand Ambassador Program was wildly popular, with a wealth of applicants after launch.
